MINA KAMUY : Comprehensive Support for Business and Real Estate in Japan

MINA KAMUY Legal Services was established in January 2020, building on over two decades of expertise in Niseko's real estate market.

Our representative, Mr. Yoshida, a Kutchan Town native, has been assisting foreign investors with Niseko real estate for more than 20 years, drawing on his international experience and local knowledge.

With a team of 5 certified judicial scriveners and 6 support staff, our office is one of the largest at the foot of Mount Yotei. Most of our team members are bilingual in Japanese and English, enabling us to provide prompt and meticulous service to our diverse clientele.

Our expertise extends to real estate transactions through our group company, MINA KAMUY Intelligence, which employs four Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agents (宅地建物取引士 - Takuchi Tatemono Torihiki-shi).
